How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can. For airport and event transfers we suggest at least 24 hours. We will always try to help with shorter notice.
Can I choose a specific car?
Yes. Pick a model when you reserve and we will confirm it with your quote. If it is unavailable, we offer an equivalent and ask you first.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. Send your flight number and your chauffeur will follow arrival times, so a delay does not cost you extra waiting.
How is the price set?
You receive one fixed quote before you travel, based on the route, the vehicle and the time of day. We confirm what it covers in writing.
Can you supply several vehicles for a group or event?
Yes. We can match vehicles for delegations, weddings and corporate events, with a coordinated schedule for every car.
What if my plans change?
